We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive freshers to join the MDM Support and Operations team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day operational activities, device enrollment, implementation support, report preparation, client coordination, and troubleshooting support activities.
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Basic knowledge of Excel including data entry, report preparation, filtering, sorting, and tracker maintenance
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and team collaboration skills
- Quick learner and willing to work in support and operations workplace
- Traveling is mandatory based on project and client requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day MDM support and operational activities
- Support device enrollment, configuration, and implementation activities
- Coordinate with users and clients for basic troubleshooting and support activities
- Prepare reports, maintain Excel trackers, and update operational documentation
- Assist senior engineers during project implementation and deployment activities
- Monitor device enrollment status and operational activities
- Handle basic troubleshooting related to application installation, enrollment, and connectivity issues
- Work closely with internal teams for issue tracking and resolution
- Provide remote and onsite support based on project requirements
