Role Description The Mastercam Technical Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jamahedpur Area. This role is responsible for providing technical expertise in Mastercam, including creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations. The specialist will support implementation and configuration of Mastercam software, assist in toolpath planning, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and accuracy.

Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving Mastercam-related issues, training end users on best practices, documenting procedures,



and offering hands-on technical support on the shop floor. The role also involves working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet performance, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret CAD/CAM data, optimize toolpaths, and troubleshoot machining processes.
- Clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with engineers, machine operators, and customers.
- Proficient troubleshooting and technical support capabilities for Mastercam software and CNC programming issues.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to understand user needs and deliver timely, effective solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Mastercam and CNC machining; familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is beneficial.
- Relevant technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; vocational training in CNC or CAM tools is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to work in office in the Dhanbad-Ranchi Area, and readiness to support production schedules.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments and knowledge of safety and quality standards is preferred.
