We're building the go-to platform for discovering and hiring creative talent, and we're looking for a hands-on Marketing Head to lead our growth journey from day one.

What we are looking for:

Role: Marketing Head

As Marketing Head, you will be the driving force behind our brand's visibility and growth. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is comfortable owning strategy AND execution, and wants to build the marketing function from the ground up before scaling a team. You'll own the full marketing stack, from performance campaigns to organic social to SEO and GEO, while also spearheading on-ground initiatives to build community and brand presence among both hirers and creators.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management

- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns aligned with user acquisition and business goals
- Manage campaign budgets, track ROI, and report on key performance metrics
- A/B test creatives, messaging, and channels to continuously improve performance

Social Media Strategy (Organic & Paid)
- Own the social media calendar and content strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive awareness and conversions
- Build and grow organic community engagement with both artists/creators and hirers
- Collaborate with designers/creators (or freelancers) for content production

SEO,



GEO & Website Growth
- Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic visibility
- Establish GEO so BAM surfaces on AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
- Own keyword research, content planning, and app store optimisation (ASO) in partnership with product and tech

Offline & On-Ground Campaigns
- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives: events, meetups, artist community activations, partnerships
- Identify local/regional opportunities to build brand credibility within creator communities
- Manage vendor and partner relationships for offline execution

Brand, Channels & Analytics
- Own all digital properties, including the website, app listings, blog, and email and WhatsApp marketing, with a consistent brand voice throughout
- Set up and monitor analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel) to inform decision-making across every channel

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years in digital marketing, preferably in a startup, marketplace, or consumer app environment
- A solid sense for consumers: what draws them in, what makes them share, and what moves them to book
- A creative marketer able to develop original concepts, formats, and brand moments that stand out
- Proven experience running paid social and growing organic social
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools such as Google Search Console
- Exposure to or interest in GEO and AI-search optimisation
- Experience planning or supporting on-ground marketing activities
- A strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, dashboards, and reporting
- A self-starter who thrives with limited resources and wears multiple hats
- Bonus: familiarity with the creator economy, gig platforms, or talent marketplaces
