ABOUT THE ROLE

Rubrics Institute is looking for motivated, energetic and result-oriented candidates to join our Marketing Team.

The role involves educational marketing, student lead generation, parent and student interaction, counselling support and admission promotion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote Rubrics Institute and its educational programs

Generate student enquiries through school visits, field activities, events and marketing campaigns

Interact with students and parents and understand their educational requirements

Coordinate with the Counselling and Admissions Team for lead follow-up

Support seminars, workshops, exhibitions and promotional activities

Build strong relationships with schools, students, parents and local communities

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions

Work towards assigned marketing and admission targets

CANDIDATE PROFILE





Experienced candidates in Educational Marketing or the education sector are preferred

Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and a solid willingness to learn

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident personality with the ability to interact with students and parents

Teamwork and leadership skills

Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities
