Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves planning and coordinating daily shipments via road, rail, and air, ensuring timely pick-ups, deliveries, and accurate documentation.

The Logistics

Coordinator will monitor real-time tracking systems, update dockets, and proactively communicate shipment status to customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating with transport partners, managing inventory and warehouse movements, resolving delivery issues, and supporting cost-effective routing decisions.



The role also requires maintaining service quality standards, preparing regular reports, and collaborating with the operations team to optimize logistics processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize routes, and support cost-effective logistics decisions.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with customers, transport partners, and internal teams.

- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage queries, address concerns, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track stock movements, support warehouse operations, and maintain accurate records.

- Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills to understand end-to-end logistics processes and support continuous improvement.

- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is highly beneficial.

- Proficiency with logistics software, tracking tools, and MS Office applications is preferred.

- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is advantageous.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
