Logistics Executive – E-commerce Job Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi Experience: 3–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive with strong hands-on experience in E-commerce order processing and logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily orders, dispatches, courier coordination, shipment tracking, and customer queries related to deliveries.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and process daily e-commerce orders from order receipt to final delivery.

- Verify orders, prepare shipments, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Handle end-to-end order processing through Shiprocket.
- Coordinate with multiple courier partners for smooth shipment movement.
- Track all shipments and proactively follow up on delayed, undelivered, or RTO orders.
- Update order and shipment status accurately in the system.
- Handle customer queries related to order status, dispatch, delivery, delays, cancellations, and returns.
- Coordinate with courier companies regarding delivery issues and escalations.
- Manage RTO, returns, re-shipments, and undelivered orders.
- Maintain daily logistics and dispatch reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse/packing teams to ensure orders are dispatched within defined timelines.
- Monitor courier performance and identify recurring delivery issues.




- Ensure accurate documentation and proper maintenance of logistics records.
- Support smooth day-to-day e-commerce logistics operations.

Required Skills &

Experience - 3–4 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Logistics / Order Management.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Shiprocket.
- Good understanding of e-commerce order processing and courier operations.
- Experience working with multiple courier partners.
- Strong knowledge of shipment tracking, RTO, returns, and delivery management.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and logistics activities on a daily basis.
- Should be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have worked with an e-commerce brand, D2C company, online retail business, or marketplace-based business will be preferred.
