Senior Back-End DeveloperJob Overview

We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer to join a product engineering team responsible for building scalable enterprise applications. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on backend development, system integration, and solution delivery.

Roles &

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions.

- Work across cloud and on-premises environments.

- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.

- Drive CI/CD, automation, and DevOps best practices.

Backend: Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Go, REST APIs, WebSockets

Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Testing: JUnit, Mockito, JaCoCo, SonarQube

Must-Have Skills

- 7 years of software development experience.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL databases.

- Experience building REST APIs and backend applications.

- Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and production support.





- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Go, REST APIs, and WebSockets.

- Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, JaCoCo, and SonarQube.

- Experience with Solace messaging.

- Experience with GitHub, Maven, and TeamCity.

- Experience working across Azure, GCP, cloud, and on-premises environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience in enterprise application development.

- Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of additional backend technologies.

- Experience in system modernization and API transformation initiatives.

- Experience with React and TypeScript.

- Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid environments.

Preferred Qualifications
