We are looking for a dynamic and proactive PMC Site Coordinator to join our team for ongoing interior fit-out and hospital project works in Hyderabad.
Preferred Background
? B.Tech in Civil Engineering – First Preference
? Mechanical Engineering candidates with relevant site exposure can also apply.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in Civil, Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or PMC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other MEP teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants and client representatives.
- Review BOQs, quantities, quotations and vendor comparison statements.
- Prepare and maintain Excel trackers, progress reports, BOQ comparisons and site documentation.
- Check measurements, quantities and work completion at site.
- Identify clashes between Civil and MEP works before execution.
- Follow up with vendors and contractors for materials, manpower and scheduled activities.
- Maintain daily progress updates and highlight delays or critical site issues.
- Support billing, quantity verification and project documentation.
- Ensure proper coordination between drawings and actual site conditions.
Required Skills
✅ Advanced / Strong MS Excel skills – Very Important
✅ Good understanding of Civil construction and interior fit-out works
✅ Basic understanding of MEP services
✅ Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings
✅ BOQ and quantity understanding
✅ Good communication and coordination skills
✅ Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
✅ Willingness to work actively at project sites
✅ Quick learner with a energetic and responsible attitude
