We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with a solid background in the banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java, Spring Frameworks, Microservices Architecture, Data

Structures and Algorithm, SQL, and possess robust skills in Back-end development. As a

Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications tailored to the specific needs of our banking clients.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications OR Enterprise Applications,

ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and

other developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java, Spring Frameworks (Spring

Boot, Spring MVC (Model View Controller), Spring Data JPA, Spring batch, Spring Security and Microservices Architecture principles.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Utilize strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithm to optimize application logic and database interactions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation within

relational databases.
- Ensure the application meets high standards for usability, accessibility, and cross

browser compatibility.
- Implement and maintain automated testing suites to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely solutions to

address technical challenges.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in banking and financial services OR Telcom services.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree

preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on Coding and Development. Hands on Exp. Core Java, Streams, String, Arrays, Lambdas, Java 17* AND Java 21*

Features
- Proficiency in Java programming language and hands-on experience with Spring

Frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture principles and experience with

containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- In-depth knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithm for designing efficient and scalable solutions.
- Proficient in SQL with experience working with relational databases like MySQL,

PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with Spring Security in any of the Projects will be a Plus.
- Experience with Spring Ecosystem)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development

methodologies. Strong Expertise with Spring Security, Oauth 2.0 OR JWT into Authorization / Authentication / Token for any Payment or Banking Applications/ Websites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on banking applications such as online banking portals, payment

processing systems, or risk management platforms OR Telecom Applications.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure,

Google Cloud Platform) and serverless architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
