Experience: 3–8 years

We are looking for someone who has handled sales and customer conversations mainly through WhatsApp and phone calls.

You should have experience working with a distributor, wholesaler, dealer or small/mid-sized business where customers regularly send:

- Product enquiries
- Price enquiries
- Orders
- Stock enquiries
- Payment details
- Delivery questions
- Repeat orders

through WhatsApp.

What we are looking for

You should be comfortable handling many customer WhatsApp conversations at the same time.

Your daily work may have included:

- Replying to customer enquiries on WhatsApp
- Sharing prices and product details
- Taking orders from WhatsApp
- Checking whether stock is available
- Following up with customers
- Sending payment reminders
- Checking old or pending orders
- Coordinating with the warehouse or billing team
- Updating customers about dispatch and delivery
- Sending quotations or invoices
- Managing repeat customers
- Keeping track of conversations so that no order is missed
- Coordinating with salesmen or field sales staff





You do not need experience with Salesforce or any large CRM software.

In fact, we are especially interested in people who have managed sales using:

WhatsApp + Phone Calls + Excel + Billing Software

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
