Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office Shift: Night Shift Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Weekly Offs Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹23,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic International Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customers, resolving their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Communicate professionally with international customers. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.

Follow company processes, quality standards, and customer service guidelines. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.



Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude while dealing with customers.

Required Skills Excellent English communication skills , both verbal and written. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Good convincing and communication skills. Comfortable working in a night shift . Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work independently as well as in a team Educational Qualification Graduation / Any Degree Completed Candidates from any educational background can apply.

Experience Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in International Customer Support, BPO, Voice Process, or International Calling will be an added advantage.
