Connect with professionals, understand their requirements and effectively communicate our products/services. Handle cold calling, lead follow-ups and professional sign-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular communication.

Convert leads into successful sign-ups and contribute directly to business growth. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets consistently. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and overall performance. What We’re Looking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident, energetic and skilled communication over the phone.





Strong cold-calling, convincing, negotiation and sales skills. Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs. Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.

Ability to handle follow-ups professionally and convert opportunities into results. Positive attitude, self-motivation and willingness to learn. Candidates looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity with the company are highly preferred.
