Role Description

As an Immigration Consultant – Inside Sales, you will interact with prospective clients, understand their requirements and career goals, explain suitable immigration pathways, and guide them through the initial stages of their immigration journey.

This is a target-oriented, client-facing role that requires strong communication, confidence, relationship-building skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client consultations and follow-ups for Germany Opportunity Card, Australia, and Canada immigration services.
- Understand client requirements, background, and international career goals.
- Learn and explain relevant immigration pathways and services.
- Qualify leads based on client requirements and suitability.
- Build strong client relationships and establish trust.
- Manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Work towards assigned sales and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with clients regarding documentation and initial immigration requirements.
- Provide professional and responsible communication throughout the client journey.




- Learn from senior consultants and continuously improve your consulting and sales skills.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Tamil or Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over calls.
- Good listening and questioning skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Smart, proactive, and professional personality.
- Ability to work with targets and performance expectations.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
- Strong ownership, discipline, and follow-up skills.
- Interest in building a long-term career in immigration consulting and inside sales.
- This is a work-from-office role at our HSR Layout, Bengaluru office. Work from home is not available.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- No prior immigration experience required.
- Prior sales, customer service, internship, or internship-based experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused and willing to learn.
