About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and exposure to corporate hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
- Support campus hiring and internship recruitment initiatives.

Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Share interview details and follow up on feedback.




- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
- Assist in posting jobs across various recruitment platforms.
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Generate hiring reports and recruitment MIS.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree completed or final-year student (BBA, BMS, B.Com, BA, BBM, Psychology, or related fields).
- MBA HR Freshers preferred.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
