We're Hiring: HR Specialist for Shubham Group, Indore

Shubham Group has been building residential and commercial projects across central India since 2001. Under the leadership of founder Mr. Sumit Mantri, we've earned the trust of thousands of families through a focus on quality, reliability, and modern construction practices — while staying active in CSR work across health, education, and community development.

We're looking for an HR Specialist to join our on-site team in Indore and own end-to-end hiring for the organization from first CV screen to final sign-off.

What you'll do:

- Screen and evaluate CVs across roles and experience levels to identify the strongest fits for open positions
- Conduct first-round interviews to assess candidates before they move forward
- Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate final interviews with the director for hiring approval
- Manage onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration




- Support performance management and help resolve workforce issues in line with company policy
- Partner with managers on staffing needs and contribute to employee engagement and retention

What you bring:

- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, screening, and interviewing, not just policy administration
- Working knowledge of labor law and HR compliance in India
- Strong judgment in evaluating candidates and explicit communication with both candidates and leadership
- Real estate or construction industry experience is a plus
