? WE ARE HIRING – HR Executive | HR Operations & Recruitment

Qantler Technologies is looking for an energetic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and actively support our recruitment activities across multiple locations.

? Location: Chennai (OMR – Navalur)

? Work Mode: Work from Office / Hybrid

? Employment: Full-time

? Experience: 2–5 Years

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Up to 30 Days preferred

? Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation and induction
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data and HR documentation
- Coordinate attendance, leave and payroll inputs
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities
- Manage confirmation, appraisal, increment and exit processes
- Support HR policies, compliance and internal HR processes
- Coordinate with managers on manpower requirements and recruitment




- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels

? Required Skills • Positive knowledge of HR Operations & Recruitment

• Experience in IT recruitment will be preferred

- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Understanding of employee lifecycle and HR processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Excel and HRMS systems
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR activities

⭐ Candidates with experience in a small/mid-sized IT services company and the ability to handle both HR operations and recruitment will be preferred.
