We are looking for an HR Executive to support our growing team across talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, events, and employee connect activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, MIS, and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other routine HR operations.
- Assist in performance management, employee communication, and HR policy implementation.
- Support employee grievance handling and day-to-day employee relations.
- Assist with HR projects,



process improvements, and compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee experience.

- Ideal Candidate:

- 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist including recruiment roles.
- Good understanding of recruitment and core HR processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work closely with employees and leadership.
