Infotech is looking for a Female HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on job requirements.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a smooth and qualified candidate experience.

Support the HR team with other recruitment and HR-related activities as required.





Requirements Female candidates only. Fluent in English is mandatory . Previous experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is preferred . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and work with deadlines. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals will be an advantage. Freshers with excellent English communication and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.

Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Sunday: Holiday Pick-up facility available.
