Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to lead and strengthen our Health, Safety & Environment practices across industrial and rope access projects.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company safety standards, and client requirements while fostering a proactive safety culture across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies across all project sites.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
- Perform Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Hazard Identification (HIRA).
- Ensure strict compliance with Work at Height, Rope Access, Confined Space, Hot Work, Lifting Operations, and Permit-to-Work systems.




- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, emergency drills, and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, inspection registers, statutory documentation, and compliance trackers.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Rope Access Teams, Clients, and Contractors to achieve HSE objectives.
- Monitor the proper use of PPE, safety equipment, and emergency response arrangements.
- Support ISO 45001 compliance, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a solid safety culture through coaching, mentoring, and employee engagement.

Required Qualifications &

Skills

- B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering with relevant HSE qualification.
- 6 years of experience in industrial safety, preferably in Steel Plants, Power Plants, Infrastructure, Shutdown Projects, or Rope Access operations.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Occupational Health & Safety Regulations
- Factory Safety Standards
- Environmental Compliance
- Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification
- Incident Investigation
- Hands-on experience with:

Preferred Certifications Candidates with one or more of the following certifications will be preferred:
- NEBOSH IGC
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety

- ISO 45001 Internal Auditor
