Role Description
Department: Operations
Location: Connaught Place, Recent Delhi
Experience: 1–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: Negotiable based on experience, skills and previous CTC

Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interview coordination and offer rollout.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation and background verification.
- Coordinate employee offboarding, exit formalities, handovers and full-and-final settlement inputs.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance and leave records.
- Plan and coordinate employee training, learning and development programmes.
- Assist with performance reviews, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and support effective grievance resolution.
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, letters and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Support POSH compliance, employee awareness sessions, documentation and Internal Committee coordination.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory documentation and HR-related audit requirements.
2. Operations
- Process transactions including Purchase, Redemption, Switch, SIP, STP and SWP.
- Process and track NACH mandates and other transaction requests.
- Manage KYC, CKYC,
FATCA, folio creation and client documentation.
- Work with platforms such as BSE StAR MF, NSE NMF II, MFU, CAMS and KFintech.
- Maintain client data, transaction records and back-office reports.
- Handle ARN, EUIN, brokerage and transaction reconciliations.
- Coordinate with AMCs and RTAs for transaction processing and query resolution.
- Support insurance policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and documentation.
- Coordinate with insurers, clients and internal teams for timely case processing.
- Track pending cases and ensure timely resolution of operational requests.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, records and process trackers.
- Support documentation, compliance and internal or external audits.
3. Client & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with clients and Relationship Managers to resolve operational queries.
- Collect client feedback over calls, document concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Work closely with sales, service, finance and management teams.
- Monitor operational timelines and ensure process adherence.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in HR, operations or a combined HR and operations role
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or a related field
- NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification- Preferred
- Experience in a financial-services, mutual fund, insurance, banking or investment firm is preferred
- A finance-related academic or professional background will be an advantage
- Familiarity with mutual fund platforms and insurance back-office processes is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and multitasking ability
