Job Title: HR Operations – Associates

Timings: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Think Campus, Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru – 560100

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full time education (10 2 3)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Relevant Experience (in Yrs) Graduate with 1-3 years of experience.

Must Have

Technical/Functional Skills · Manage the employee lifecycle – Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countries · Process HR transactions – Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft). · Support audits and reporting – Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance · Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes

Experience Required · 1 to 3 years of relevant experience · Knowledge of global HR processes and standard operating procedures is preferable · Proficient in MS excel for managing data · Good Communication Skills
