Position : HR Recruiter – Domestic Staffing Location: Noida Work Mode: Work From Home Experience: Minimum 1 Year – Staffing/Recruitment Industry (Mandatory) Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the Staffing/Recruitment Industry . The candidate should have experience handling domestic recruitment and closures across multiple industries .

Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment from sourcing to joining. Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia and other portals . Handle multiple industry requirements and manage bulk hiring positions.

Conduct candidate screening, coordination, follow-ups and interview scheduling. Drive candidates towards successful joining and closure .



Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for hiring requirements.

Achieve assigned joining/closure targets .

Requirements Minimum 1 year of Staffing/Recruitment Industry experience is mandatory. Proven experience in domestic recruitment and candidate closures .

Experience working on multiple industries/processes preferred. Robust sourcing, screening and candidate coordination skills. Good communication and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently in a Work From Home setup.
