HR Recruiter Intern

Duration: 3 months | Type: Full-Time Internship | Shift Hrs: 9

About: Support our Talent Acquisition team across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews

- Schedule interviews and manage the ATS

- Post job openings; support onboarding

- Draft offer letters, rejections, interview confirmations

- Assist with campus drives/job fairs and employer branding content

- Track recruitment metrics

Requirements:

- Pursuing/recently completed degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace

- Ability to handle confidential information

Nice to have: Prior HR internship, ATS familiarity (KekaHR), knowledge of labor laws
