Moonstruck Appliances is hiring an HR Manager to build strong teams and take ownership of recruitment and day-to-day people management.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has worked in ecommerce, D2C, home-appliance or consumer-durables companies and understands how to hire, develop and retain people in a fast-moving business.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Recruitment from start to finish: work with the founders and department heads on hiring plans, write clear job descriptions, source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate practical assessments and interviews, manage offers and follow through until joining.
- Ecommerce and appliance hiring: recruit marketplace managers and executives, Amazon/Flipkart specialists, advertising and performance-marketing staff, catalogue teams, designers, customer-support staff and operations employees. Coordinate warehouse, production and service hiring as business needs require.
- Team building and leadership: lead the recruitment/HR function, establish clear responsibilities and reporting lines with department heads, coach managers and help teams work together effectively.
- Performance management: help managers set measurable goals, run probation and performance reviews, identify training needs and follow up on agreed improvement plans.
- Onboarding and retention: create structured induction and 30/60/90-day onboarding plans, improve joining and early-tenure retention, conduct employee check-ins and exit interviews, and address recurring reasons for attrition.
- People operations: maintain accurate employee records, attendance and leave processes; coordinate payroll inputs with accounts; document HR policies, employee concerns and resolutions with confidentiality and fair treatment.
- Hiring and HR reporting: maintain a weekly dashboard of vacancies,



candidate pipeline, interviews, offers, joiners, time to fill, offer acceptance, early retention, headcount and pending performance reviews.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Proven HR and recruitment experience within ecommerce, D2C, home-appliance or consumer-durables companies.
- A record of independently closing specialist and managerial roles, with examples of the roles hired, hiring volume, turnaround time and retention results.
- Experience managing employee relations, onboarding, performance reviews and manager coordination, alongside recruitment.
- Ability to lead recruiters or HR staff, set priorities, follow up consistently and hold teams accountable for agreed actions.
- Familiarity with ecommerce roles and workflows, including Amazon/Flipkart operations, marketplace advertising, catalogue management, customer support and fulfilment.
- Practical sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and recruitment partners; confidence using Excel/Google Sheets and an applicant or HR tracking system.
- Clear communication, sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Bawana, Delhi.
