We are hiring for HR Manager for a Hospitality Industry

Location : Madurai

Experience : 5–8 years

Salary : Upto 6 LPA + Travel Allowance

Mandatory industry background : Hospitality / restaurants / hotels / catering / food-service

# Own HR operations across all branches and guide the HR Executive.

# Plan manpower requirements branch-wise with branch heads and management.

# Manage recruitment for kitchen, service, cashier, housekeeping, supervisory and managerial positions.

# Build recruitment channels, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and ensure timely joining.

# Maintain employee master data, joining records, attendance, leave, transfers, promotions and exits.

# Coordinate accurate monthly salary inputs and handle attendance / payroll-related issues.

# Manage employee discipline, grievances, communication, grooming and workplace conduct.

# Support induction, role clarity, employee development,



engagement and internal growth.

# Follow the fixed daily branch-visit schedule and submit concise HR observations and action points.

# Visit Trichy and Chennai once every month and follow up on agreed HR actions.

# Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee, salary, management and recruitment matters.

Candidate Requirements

# Experience managing frontline employees and multi-branch manpower.

# Robust recruitment, employee relations, attendance and discipline-handling skills.

# Ability to take decisions within approved recruitment, salary and manpower limits.

# Good communication, Excel / reporting, follow-up, maturity and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
