We manage campaigns across channels such as Push Ads, Native Ads, Popunder, and Direct Click, working with direct advertisers and CPA networks across multiple global verticals.

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build internal dash boards, software solutions, API integrations, and AI-powered automation systems for our performance marketing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop dashboards using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build backend services and APIs using Python and/or Node.js.
- Integrate third-party APIs for campaign management, tracking, reporting, and automation.
- Build AI agents and Agentic AI workflows using LLMs and tools.
- Work with LangChain / LangGraph and integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI.
- Develop AI-powered automation for campaign operations and repetitive tasks.
- Build workflows connecting AI, APIs, databases, and automated actions.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Develop scripts,



integrations, webhooks, authentication, and data workflows.
- Debug, optimize, and maintain applications and automation systems.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

Education and Experience

- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. CS/IT or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 Years in Full Stack Development, AI, APIs, automation, or related technologies.
