KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage day-to-day front desk and reception operations • Greet and assist visitors with courtesy, professionalism, and warmth • Handle incoming & outgoing calls , correspondence, and courier activities • Maintain visitor records, logs, and front-office documentation • Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor hospitality, and scheduling support • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised,



and skilled • Provide administrative and coordination support to management and various departments • Coordinate with internal teams and external visitors as required • Handle multiple front-office responsibilities efficiently and independently • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times ?
