1. Maintain complete books of account for India, US and NZ entities. Post journals, sales, purchases, invoices, expenses, bank transactions and accruals with appropriate Ledger and cost-centre allocation

2. Plan and execute monthly close using a self-maintained checklist. Post closing entries, review trial balances and complete balance-sheet and analytical reconciliations before reporting deadlines.

3. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash-flow reports and forecasts. plan cash requirements and transfers to head office act as maker for multi-geo bank payments and manage credit cards, employee loan statement and legal document preparation and foreign-currency transactions. Need to handle banking activities.

4. Verify vendor bills, tax treatment and credit terms. coordinate timely vendor and statutory payments. reconcile vendor and customer ledgers and track invoices, accounts receivable and work in progress monthly.

5. Prepare and maintain TDS, GST and related statutory workings and filing files, including GSTR-2A/3B,



GST 9/9C, ITC reconciliations, STPI and Softex requirements need to Knock softex and support New Zealand GST activities. Maintain monthly and quarterly filling

6. Prepare schedules and evidence for internal, statutory, CSI, KPMG and other audits. coordinate auditor queries and apply maker-checker controls, documented checkpoints

7. Follow up with HR, Admin, IT and business teams for expense projections and invoices, coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors and group contacts on payments

8. Solid knowledge of accrual accounting, general ledger, trial balance, reconciliations, close and financial controls.

9. Co ordinate with bank for KYC and payment transfer bank related work

10. Closely work with auditors at time of Annual Filing of returns

11. Should be eager or willing to take up additional responsibilities / adhoc tasks
