About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, target-driven Field Sales Executive to help us expand our diagnostic lab network in Patna.

You will:

? Visit diagnostic labs and meet owners/managers

? Introduce AROGIQ and onboard suitable labs

? Generate and follow up on leads

? Handle sales/lead calls when required

? Maintain relationships with onboarded labs

? Coordinate lab/test/package listings

? Achieve assigned incentive-based targets within the defined timelines.

? Track visits, calls, leads, conversions and onboarding

? Gather feedback from labs and customers and share it with the AROGIQ team

We’re Looking For

✅ 1–4 years in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Healthcare/Pharma Sales or similar

✅ Solid communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Comfortable with field travel and sales calls

✅ Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills

✅ Good Hindi + basic English

✅ Patna market knowledge is a plus

- Preferred: Experience with diagnostic labs, hospitals, clinics, pharma or healthcare businesses. Two-wheeler + valid licence preferred.
