Setting, Health & Safety (EHS)

 Develop, implement, and monitor workplace health and safety guidelines across manufacturing facilities.

 Establish procedures for hazard identification, risk assessment, accident prevention, and emergency response.

 Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements.

 Coordinate safety inspections and identify potential workplace hazards and corrective actions.

 Develop and monitor waste management, disposal, and environmental safety protocols.

 Organise emergency preparedness activities, fire drills, evacuation drills, and other safety exercises.

 Investigate workplace incidents and accidents and recommend preventive and corrective measures.

 Promote a strong safety culture through awareness initiatives and employee engagement.

- ISO Certifications & Management Systems

 Lead documentation, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of applicable ISO management systems.

 Coordinate certification and surveillance audits for standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and

ISO 45001, as applicable.

 Maintain ISO policies, procedures, manuals, records, registers, and other required documentation.

 Conduct internal compliance and system audits and coordinate closure of observations and non-

conformities.

 Coordinate with external certification bodies, consultants, and auditors.

 Track corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

 Conduct awareness and training programmes related to ISO standards and compliance requirements.

- Licensing & Statutory Compliance

 Manage and maintain factory licences, pollution control consents, trade licences, municipal

NOCs, fire-related approvals, and other applicable statutory registrations.

 Track expiry dates and ensure timely renewal of all licences, certificates, permissions, and approvals across sites.

 Coordinate with government departments, statutory authorities, consultants,



and external agencies for approvals and renewals.

 Maintain a central compliance calendar and ensure that all statutory requirements are completed within prescribed timelines.

 Maintain accurate records of licences, approvals, inspection reports, certificates, and statutory correspondence.

 Monitor changes in applicable regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation.

- Labor, Factory & Workplace Compliance

 Support HR and management in ensuring compliance with applicable Factories Act, Shops &

Establishments requirements, labor laws, and workplace regulations.

 Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Legal teams on statutory compliance matters.

 Maintain and monitor statutory registers, notices, records, and documentation applicable to the manufacturing facilities.

 Support statutory inspections and ensure timely responses to observations or notices issued by government authorities.

 Coordinate with relevant departments to close compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.

 Assist in reviewing workplace policies and procedures from a statutory and compliance perspective.

- Audits, Training & Compliance Monitoring

 Conduct periodic internal compliance audits across manufacturing facilities.

 Prepare audit reports, identify gaps, assign corrective actions, and track closure.

 Coordinate statutory, EHS, ISO, and other external audits and inspections.

 Develop and conduct employee training on workplace safety, emergency response,

environmental practices, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.

 Maintain training records and compliance documentation.

 Prepare periodic compliance reports for management highlighting key risks, pending renewals,

audit observations, and corrective actions.

 Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen compliance processes and reduce operational and regulatory risks.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
