About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support our US Healthcare workforce by fostering positive employee experiences, addressing workplace concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and US employment practices. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner for employees and management, helping maintain a productive, compliant, and employee-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters and workplace concerns.

- Investigate employee complaints, grievances, conflicts, and policy violations in a fair and timely manner.

- Provide guidance to managers and employees on company policies, workplace conduct, and HR best practices.

- Support performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and employee counseling initiatives.

- Conduct employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, and retention-focused programs.

- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies.

- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to employee relations cases.





- Partner with HR Operations, Recruitment, and Business Leaders to resolve employee issues effectively.

- Analyze employee trends, identify areas of concern, and recommend proactive solutions.

- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes from an employee relations perspective.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, US Healthcare Staffing, or US Staffing.

- Strong understanding of US HR compliance, workplace policies, and employment practices.

- Experience handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and performance-related discussions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and counseling abilities.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.

- Comfortable working regular US night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with US Healthcare clients or healthcare staffing organizations.

- Exposure to employee engagement, retention strategies, and HR analytics.

- Knowledge of HRIS systems and employee documentation processes.
