- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and other online marketplaces.
- Handle and process online orders from order receipt to dispatch and delivery.
- Must have hands-on experience handling delivery orders from Amazon and Nykaa.
- Manage cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.
- Create and maintain product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing and stock availability.
- Monitor online inventory and ensure products are available for sale.
- Track customer complaints, reviews, ratings and marketplace issues.
- Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly e-commerce sales/MIS reports.

Store Operations
- Manage day-to-day store operations and activities.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock checks.




- Coordinate inward and outward movement of inventory.
- Ensure proper picking, packing and dispatch of online orders.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of products.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as required.
- Ensure proper handling, tagging and storage of products.
- Maintain records of damaged, expired, returned or defective products.
- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, accounts and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of online and offline orders.
- Maintain store documentation, registers and inventory-related records.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization and discipline within the store/stock area.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
