Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing and business development strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Create and manage content including social media posts, articles, blogs, videos, reels, newsletters, promotional materials, and website content.
- Manage the monthly content calendar and coordinate with internal teams for marketing and promotional activities.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, website optimization, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through digital channels, market research, social media, networking, and other relevant sources.
- Research and identify potential customers, business partners, market opportunities, industry trends, and competitors.
- Communicate with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and support the business development and sales process.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records and ensure timely follow-up and lead nurturing.




- Coordinate with Business Development and Sales teams for lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversion.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, campaigns, and other sales and marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and business development performance, including website traffic, leads, conversions, engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing, social media, lead generation, and business development activities.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing and communication channels.
- Support product launches, webinars, exhibitions, events, and other promotional and business development activities.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills in English.
