Desktop Support Engineer – L1

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹3.2 LPA

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 6 days a week

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

We are hiring Desktop Support Engineers – L1 to provide technical support to end users and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Experience

- 3–6 months experience preferred
- 1 year candidates will be preferred
- Freshers can also apply if they have completed a Hardware & Networking course

Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and end-user technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Assist with system installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Resolve user queries through phone, email, or in-person support
- Ensure timely ticket resolution and maintain proper documentation
- Troubleshoot Windows OS-related issues




- Support users with basic IT and desktop-related problems

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Desktop/L1 Technical Support
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge
- Windows OS troubleshooting
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

Salary
- Freshers: Approx. ₹15,000–₹16,000 in-hand
- Experienced candidates: Salary as per experience and interview

Education

Any Graduate / Diploma / IT or Hardware & Networking certification

Immediate joiners are preferred.
