Our client is looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Azure Synapse and up-to-date data engineering. The role involves designing scalable data pipelines, transformations and data warehouse solutions on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop data pipelines, ELT processes and transformations using Snowflake.
- Work extensively with SQL, Snowflake and Azure Synapse.
- Build and maintain data warehouse and dimensional models including Star and Snowflake schemas.
- Develop batch and streaming data pipelines with orchestration.
- Implement version control using Git and support basic CI/CD for data workloads.
- Establish data-quality, monitoring and observability practices.
- Design and consume APIs and manage data contracts.




- Work with Azure cloud data platforms and container/orchestration technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize data solutions.

Required Skills

- 7–10 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Snowflake.
- Good knowledge of Azure Synapse.
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing & Dimensional Modeling.
- Experience with ELT/ETL, streaming pipelines and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of data quality, monitoring and observability.
- Good understanding of APIs and data contracts
