- Handle inbound customer calls / chats professionally for international customers
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information and support
- Ensure excellent customer service experience and high customer satisfaction
- Maintain call quality, productivity, and performance standards
- Document customer interactions and follow company processes

Who Can Apply?

- Education: HSC (12th Pass) / Any Graduate - Freshers can apply!
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English is MANDATORY
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable with Rotational Shifts including night shifts
- Skills: Customer-focused,
