We’re lo oking for a Co-Founder – Sales & Marketing to join OTA Innovations and take ownership of sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, and market execution.

OTA Inno vations is a product-driven technology company working across QAaaS, custom product development, DevOps/Cloud, and IoT innovations, including ArtScape Studio — our flagship technology-driven kinetic sand art furniture brand.

This is not a conventional sales or marketing job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a business, create markets, develop customer relationships, and grow with the company as a long-term partner.

? Your Role

As Co-Founder – Sales & Marketing, you will:

Take e nd-to-end ownership of sales & marketing execution Develop and execute the company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy* Build B

2B, B2C, dealer and distribution networks* Identif y and develop strategic partnerships with interior designers, architects, real-estate companies, hotels, resorts, wellness spaces, furniture brands and corporate clients* Generat e qualified leads and convert them into customers* Conduct product presentations, demos, negotiations and business meetings* Build a nd manage the sales pipeline and CRM process* Lead di gital marketing, social media, campaigns and lead-generation initiatives* Develop brand positioning and marketing strategies for ArtScape and OTA Innovations* Build a high-performing sales & marketing team as the business grows* Explore current markets, channels and revenue opportunities* Work di rectly with the founders on business strategy, growth and execution





? Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious and execution-focused person who:

Has st rong communication, networking and negotiation skills Underst ands sales, marketing and business development* Is comf ortable with field sales and meeting decision-makers* Can ind ependently identify opportunities and turn them into business* Has a s trong growth mindset and takes ownership* Is comf ortable working in a startup environment where ideas must turn into execution* Is pass ionate about technology, innovation, products and building a brand* Has the ambition to grow from executing sales to building and leading the entire revenue function

Experien ce: 2–8 years preferred in Sales / Marketing / Business Development / EntrepreneurshipLocation:

HyderabadEducation

: MBA/Marketing/Business or relevant experience preferred
