ILP Overseas is looking for a Co-Owner to build, operate, and grow the business with us.

This is not a conventional employment opportunity.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who wants to take significant responsibility for business growth, revenue generation, brand development, profitability, and long-term business value.

About the OpportunityThis is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates who can legally work from their location.

The successful candidate will work closely with the existing leadership team and take an active role in developing and executing the company's growth strategy.

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Co-Owner, you will be responsible for contributing to:

- Business growth and revenue generation
- Overall growth strategy and execution
- Brand development and positioning
- Increasing brand and business value
- Strategic partnerships and business development
- Marketing and customer acquisition
- Identifying new markets and revenue opportunities
- Developing scalable systems and processes
- Building and managing high-performing teams
- Monitoring revenue, profitability, conversion, and business KPIs
- Making commercially sound business decisions
- Improving operational efficiency and profitability
- Identifying opportunities for long-term enterprise value creation
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the business

Profit-Sharing ModelThis opportunity follows a profit-sharing model.

There is no conventional fixed-salary structure for this opportunity. The selected candidate will participate in the profits generated by the business according to the mutually agreed commercial and ownership structure.
