? Hiring: Business Development Counsellor (BDC)
? Location: Gurgaon | Work from Office
? Eligibility: Graduates/Postgraduates – 2024, 2025, 2026 & 2027 batches
? Experience: Fresher / Entry Level
? CTC: Up to ₹7.2 LPA + incentives
- Domestic/Middle East: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
- US Process (Night Shift): Up to ₹7.2 LPA
What You’ll Do
- Counsel parents after demo classes
- Handle warm, pre-qualified leads — No cold calling
- Drive enrollments through consultative selling
- Get skilled sales training & global market exposure
- Earn performance-based incentives
⏰ 5 days/week | Weekend operations may be required
? Personal laptop mandatory
?️ Excellent English communication required
? Willingness to relocate to Gurgaon
