IndulgeOut is building an offline experiences ecosystem.

We’re building the infrastructure that connects offline experience stakeholders into one ecosystem through event hosting, brand partnerships, attendee management. If marketplaces, partnerships and startup execution excite you, this role is for you.

About the Role

You will work at the intersection of brand partnerships, sponsorship sales and marketplace growth.

The role has two core objectives:

- Close brand sponsorships for events and experiences that are actively seeking brand partnerships.
- Build the brand side of IndulgeOut’s marketplace by identifying and onboarding relevant brands that hosts can discover, approach and pitch for collaborations.

This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, pitching and closing deals.

Your Responsibilities

1. Event Sponsorships & Brand Partnerships

- Identify brands relevant to upcoming events and experiences
- Build and maintain a targeted database of potential sponsors
- Develop sponsorship opportunities aligned with brand objectives
- Reach out to brands through email, calls, LinkedIn and other channels
- Pitch sponsorship opportunities and negotiate commercials
- Close paid and barter sponsorships for events
- Manage the partnership pipeline from prospecting to closure• Coordinate with brands, hosts and internal teams for execution
- Build relationships that lead to repeat sponsorships and long-term partnerships

2. Brand Onboarding & Marketplace Growth

- Identify and approach relevant brands across key categories
- Pitch IndulgeOut’s platform and brand partnership proposition
- Onboard brands onto the platform for host discovery and proposals




- Build a strong and relevant brand ecosystem across categories
- Maintain relationships with onboarded brands and identify collaboration opportunities
- Help increase the number and quality of brands available for host partnerships

3. Partnerships & Business Development

- Research brands, campaigns and partnership opportunities
- Understand brand objectives and match them with relevant experiences
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, conversations and closures
- Track outreach, conversion and sponsorship performance
- Identify opportunities to create repeatable partnership formats

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Loves sales, conversations and closing deals
- Is confident pitching ideas and negotiating with brands
- Is proactive about outreach and business development
- Can build relationships and follow through independently
- Is comfortable with targets and performance-driven work
- Thinks commercially and understands what makes a partnership valuable
- Is organised and can manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Is curious about startups, marketplaces, events and brand marketing
- Takes ownership and executes with minimal supervision

Previous internship or sales experience is a bonus, but communication, hustle and ability to close matter more.
