Position: BIM Modeler / Engineer – Architecture & Scan to BIM

Location: Ahmedabad (In-Office)

No. of positions: 2

Experience: 3-5 yrs

Qualification: B.Arch, Diploma in Architecture, B.E./B.Tech (Civil), or equivalent degree

Knowledge

- Expertise in latest versions of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam/PDF editor
- Proficiency in Autodesk ReCap and handling Point Cloud data for Scan to BIM projects
- Deep understanding of 2D Drawings with appropriate parameters
- Hands-on experience with collaboration using BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Expertise in Revit parametric families, shared parameters, filters, and View setup
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for documentation and reporting

Skills:
- Develop accurate BIM models from Point Cloud data for Architectural services
- Prepare Architectural BIM Models with various levels of detailing from LOD 200 to 500
- Apply strong knowledge of architectural design principles and detailed drawings




- Generate all types of Architectural 2D and 3D drawings directly from the Revit model
- Perform Clash Detection and coordination between architecture and other services
- Create shop drawings and As-Built drawings with all respective site information
- Prepare final package submissions and documentation for client approval

Ability:
- Ability to create Revit worksets and manage the Revit work-sharing process
- Ability to understand complex markups and update Revit models and drawings accordingly
- Understanding of construction processes for architectural elements and finishes
- High fluency in 2D and 3D visualization of architectural spaces
- Strong understanding of 3D coordination requirements with other trades
- Able to work under pressure and respect strict project deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with team members in a cooperative environment
