Are you a Travel & Tourism sales leader who can grow revenue, develop new business, and lead a team to deliver results?

n

We are looking for a hands-on Head – Sales & Business Development to strengthen our sales function and drive business growth.

n

Location: Pune | Work from Office

n

Preferred Experience: 8–12 years, including 3+ years in sales leadership

n

Salary Budget: Up to ₹1 lakh PM

n

Travel & Tourism experience is mandatory

n

What you will lead:

n

n
- Sales strategy, revenue targets, and profitability.
n
- B2C holiday sales and B2B business development.
n
- New client acquisition and travel partner relationships.
n
- Sales team coaching, performance, and high-value closures.
n
- Lead conversion, CRM discipline, and sales forecasting.
n
- Coordination with Products, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
n

n

Who should apply:

Professionals from tour operators, holiday companies,



travel agencies, or travel management businesses.

n

Proven sales leaders with measurable target achievements.

n

Candidates with solid knowledge of domestic and international holidays, customised packages, and group travel.

n

Strong negotiators with experience building teams and developing profitable business.

n

Candidates available to work from Pune.

n

Experience in corporate travel, MICE, educational tours, or an established B2B network will be an advantage.

n
