Service Desk

n

Location: Pune

n

Work Mode: Work from Office

n

Shifts: 24x7 rotational (Including Night Shifts)

n

Experience:1-4 years of Experience (Minimum 1-3 years in L1/L2 Support)

n

Required Skills:

n

n
- Support Microsoft tools: Outlook, Windows, Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, Application Support, ServiceNow Ticketing Tool.
n
- Collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP/IP, and OSI models.
n
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)
n
- Any Full-time Graduate (No backlogs, must have degree certificate).
n
- Ability to handle 24x7 rotational shifts
n
