Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EPM - FCCS specialist to join our Oracle practice. As an Oracle FCCS Consultant you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' financial consolidation and close processes. Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and ensure compliance, ultimately driving efficiency and strategic growth. Required Skills: - 6-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – FCCS, FMS amd ODD - Should have worked on end-to-end EPM - ESSBASE / FCCS implementations - Assist with financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Experience in configuring and supporting the ESSBASE analytics and FCCS application - Integration of PBCS with Fusion ERP. - Independently write Business rules. - Implement Custom Oracle EPM applications.



- Able to handle UAT and Go-Live, Hypercare Support. - Should be able to work on integrations and automations. - Knowledge on Groovy scripting and process automations is a plus Requirements: - Good functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications – B.Tech / MBA or equivalent [Finance functional knowledge would be needed] - Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Extensive experience in working with Oracle EPM and FP&A; processes. - Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore environment. - Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking to the client, conducting demos
