Who should join us?

You're someone who sees a marketing problem and immediately starts digging into the data instead of panicking. You think in unit economics. You'd rather run 10 quick tests than debate the "right" approach.

You should apply if you:

- Love constraints - a limited budget means you optimize obsessively

What you'll own

- Architect and execute paid acquisition across Meta and Google - diagnose issues, optimize, iterate
- Build attribution models and cohort analyses on BigQuery/GA4
- Deep dives into retention mechanics and CAC drivers
- Optimize paywall funnels (Hinglish copy, trial-to-paid conversion, churn levers)
- Design and run experiments: creative, targeting, bidding, landing pages
- Financial forecasting: model CAC/payback impact of new channels or initiatives
- Partner with product on viral loops, referral mechanics, and retention features
- Evaluate current channels (AppLovin, TikTok, organic, influencers)

What we're looking for

- 1+ years in performance marketing (apps, subscriptions, or e-commerce)
- Meta Ads and Google Ads experience
- Understanding of subscription unit economics
