? What You’ll Do:

? Plan & execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads

? Drive lead generation, conversions & ROI-focused campaigns

? Monitor and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS & conversion rates

? Conduct audience, keyword & competitor research

? Develop and execute A/B testing strategies

? Analyze campaign performance and create insightful reports

? Collaborate with creative, content, social media & client servicing teams

? Manage budgets and identify opportunities to scale campaigns

? What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing

✅ Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager

✅ Strong understanding of digital funnels, retargeting & conversion optimization

✅ Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Agency experience is a plus!
