About the Role:Sri Satya Constructions is looking for an experienced Assistant Engineer – Civil with strong hands-on experience in high-rise building construction and Mivan/aluminium formwork. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, ensuring construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute RCC and civil construction activities for high-rise residential buildings.
- Manage day-to-day site activities for G+15 and above structures.
- Handle Mivan/aluminium formwork shuttering activities including erection, alignment, level checking, fixing, inspection, and de-shuttering.
- Ensure proper Mivan cycle planning and execution as per project schedule.
- Coordinate with the Planning, QA/QC, Survey, Safety, and MEP teams.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, embedded items, openings, sleeves, and related works before concrete.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved structural and architectural drawings.
- Monitor line, level,



alignment, dimensions, and verticality of structural elements.
- Coordinate concrete pouring activities including manpower, material, equipment, and pour sequence.
- Monitor productivity and deployment of labour, subcontractors, and resources.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with senior engineers for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily progress records, checklists, inspection requests, and site documentation.
- Ensure construction activities comply with prescribed quality and safety standards.
- Minimize rework, wastage, and material losses at site.
- Support project team in achieving planned daily and weekly targets.

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of total relevant experience in building construction.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects of G+15 floors or above.
- Robust hands-on Mivan/aluminium formwork experience is mandatory.
