Job Brief The role has responsibilities towards helping manage and contribute to both internal and external client related projects, in Digital Transformation, PACE-OS Implementation and delivering New Age technology AI/ML solutions. It includes developing solutions for Machine Learning and AI based algorithms from programming, algorithms and data handling aspects of the platform. It also involves assessing, transforming, improving, cleaning, and manipulation of data and algorithms in the business’s operations, analytics databases and external systems.

You will work closely with the industrial subject matter experts, productivity engineers, data analytics teams and Product Development team in order to understand and aid in the implementation of database requirements, machine learning solutions, analyse performance and troubleshoot any existent issues. While we would like you to grow in an individual portfolio, it will be a multi-faceted role.

Job Responsibilities The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Design and implement machine learning data models and data pipeline architecture and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability etc.
- Write effective, scalable code for highly-maintainable and unit tested software components/system to continuously develop and improve applications.
- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance and implement security and data protection solutions.
- Develop and install software solutions by studying information needs, coordinating with internal teams to understand user requirements, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
- Build the infrastructure required for ETL operations from a wide variety of data sources for training and implementing cloud-based machine learning techniques




- Create great products and features for enterprise customers and tools for Digital/ AI developers to keep our product reliable and to continue to hold us to a high-quality standard while scaling up.
- Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader
- Work with data and analytics experts to build monitoring tools for live production of ML experiments & support the orchestration of end-to-end ML projects and convert complex data into information and insights to inform business decisions on project execution, health, safety and quality issues, schedule forecasting etc.
- Work with stakeholders including the Executives, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
- Detect and monitor data drift, tracking accuracy across time, and ensure that any errors are quickly discovered. Test hypotheses based on statistical data to create impact and grow business knowledge and participate in research, development, and building of proof of concepts and present recommendations based on findings on statistical analyses to senior level executives.

Qualification

Graduation/Post Graduation in Computer Science.

Skills

You will need to have:

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data-driven solution development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries/frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and modelling techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, and model optimization.
- Practical experience in NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and text-based AI solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience with data preprocessing,



feature engineering, model training, evaluation, validation, and performance optimization.
- Experience developing and integrating ML models through APIs/web services and deploying models in real-world applications.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, performance tracking, and maintaining production ML solutions.
- Experience working with SQL and databases for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Ability to monitor and validate ML models in a business/production environment and identify model performance or data-quality issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert business problems into practical AI/ML solutions.
- Ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts and findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively with software engineers, data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and ability to independently manage assigned AI/ML projects from requirement understanding through development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, make sound decisions, and work effectively under changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and a willingness to continuously learn and experiment with new tools, models, and techniques.
- Passion for applying AI/ML to solve real-world problems and contribute to the digital transformation of construction and capital projects.
