You’ll work directly with key client stakeholders to understand their business objectives, shape strategic priorities, and ensure our teams are delivering meaningful outcomes. You’ll serve as a trusted thought partner to clients; providing strategic guidance, bringing structure to complex challenges, and helping them navigate the evolving landscape of AI search. Partnering closely with internal teams across Growth, SEO, Content, and Product, you’ll align stakeholders, drive execution, and proactively address client needs to ensure every engagement delivers measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of high priority clients.Own the full customer journey from onboarding and implementation through driving measurable business outcomes with our internal platformBecome an expert in the AI search space and develop a strong understanding of how large language models workEffectively multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnoverPartner closely with the Account Management team to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goalsCollaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize implementation and resolve technical challengesYou’ll be a great fit if you haveMin 3 years of experience in consulting, client strategy, account management or running a marketing team.Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex client relationships.Strong project and engagement management capabilities.Demonstrated ability to structure problems, manage cross-functional teams, and drive execution.Strong analytical and commercial acumen.Prior experience in a fast-paced agency, consulting, startup, SaaS, or professional services environment is a plus.Our Guiding PrinciplesCustomer Centric - WITPYAS (What Is The Problem You’re Solving?)Innovation - Push the boundaries.OOO - Out-think, Out-build, Out-deliver.Collaboration - The best work is never solo.Passion - The name says it all.
