Key Responsibilities

US Accounting:

n

n
- Assist in bookkeeping and monthly closing activities
n
- Support preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger reviews
n
- Help manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow activities
n
- Work with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite
n
- Learn and apply US GAAP accounting standards
n

n

US Taxation:

n

n
- Assist in preparation of US tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065, etc.)
n
- Support tax compliance activities and basic tax research
n
- Help in tax filings, documentation, and audit support
n
- Learn US taxation concepts and tax planning processes under guidance
n

n

Candidate Requirements

n

n
- CA Fresher or CA Inter candidate or CA dropout
n
- Solid understanding of accounting concepts, reconciliations, and financial statements
n
- Eagerness to learn US Accounting and US Taxation practices
n
- Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting or tax software will be an added advantage
n
- Candidates with articleship experience will be preferred
